Migrate · Any SMTP server
From any SMTP server to Oveyon, no surprises.
If your application already speaks SMTP, the switch is host, port and credential. What changes is what comes with it: your own DKIM per domain, suppressions with compliance built in, an outcome per recipient and a record of everything.
No card · Domain live in minutes · The free plan never expires
01 · Three steps
Get started in three steps.
Connect the domain
Under Domains, add the domain and publish what the panel generates — the SPF include, the DKIM key and DMARC. Only a domain with verified DKIM sends from here, and the wizard checks live.
Create the SMTP credential
Under Sending → Credentials. The password is generated by the server and shown only once, at creation; the credential can be restricted to domains of the account — a sender outside them is refused on the spot with 550 5.7.1.
Swap host, port and credential
smtp.oveyon.com, port 587 with STARTTLS or 465 with implicit TLS; 2525 and 8025 as alternatives. Keep the old relay until you see the first deliveries under Messages — then turn it off there.
02 · What the old relay did not have
What arrives with the host swap.
Suppressions with compliance built in
Bounced, complained, unsubscribed — the platform keeps them and honours them at send time; a complaint cannot be deleted.
An outcome per recipient
Delivered, bounced, blocked, with the reason in plain language; a signed webhook per event; a record readable for your plan’s window.
Policies at send time
Block a destination, allow only a list, force transactional — with a simulator that calls the same evaluation.
Inbound
Point your MX and every mailbox becomes a webhook, Telegram, Slack or forwarding — with a safety verdict on every message.
03 · On arrival
What is different here.
Your own DKIM per domain
Each domain is born with its own key, generated here, and the wizard checks the DNS live on every visit. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and ARF out of the box.
A complaint can never be deleted
Not from the panel, not through the API, not by deleting the domain and re-adding it. Your list leaves here whole, whenever you want.
A ramp that counts days you sent
A new domain climbs in steps of effective days — not calendar days. Rolling back does not reset what you really built.
A record ready for audit
Who did it, when, what changed — including when the “who” was our support. A trail without purge, visible under Account → History.
