Support
Every address below is a real mailbox that a person reads. We do not run a ticket portal — email is the channel, and it reaches us directly.
Where to write
General help — support@oveyon.com
Account questions, domain setup, deliverability, API and integrations. Business hours are 09:00–18:00 (UTC−3), Monday to Friday. We aim to reply within one business day.
When writing about a specific message, include the message ID shown in the panel. It lets us trace the full delivery path — which IP sent it, what the receiving server answered, and when — without guesswork.
Security reports — security@oveyon.com
Vulnerability reports and anything that looks like a security problem in the platform. We acknowledge within two business days.
We do not run a paid bug bounty. We do commit to reading every report, telling you what we found, and crediting you if you want to be credited. Please give us a reasonable window to fix before publishing.
Abuse complaints — abuse@oveyon.com
Unsolicited email, phishing or anything sent through our infrastructure that should not have been. Include full headers — they carry the identifiers we need to find the sender. See the abuse reporting page for details.
Privacy requests — privacy@oveyon.com
Access, correction, deletion and portability of personal data, under the GDPR and the LGPD, where each applies. Fulfilled within 30 days. See the privacy policy.
Slack app
For the Oveyon app for Slack — installation, channel selection or replies not arriving — write to support@oveyon.com and mention the Slack workspace name. Two things worth knowing before you write:
- Replies only count inside the thread of the message the app posted. This is deliberate: it keeps ordinary channel conversation from turning into email.
- Private channels need an invite. The app joins public channels on its own; for a private one, run
/invite @oveyonin the channel first.
Status and incidents
We do not yet publish a public status page. During an incident that affects delivery, we notify affected accounts by email at the address on file. If something looks wrong and you have not heard from us, write to support@oveyon.com — a report from a customer is often how we learn first.
